Étude des mécanismes de toxicité/résistance microbiens aux métaux, métalloïdes et nanoparticules métalliques à l'échelle cellulaire et populationnelle.
Évaluation de l'impact de perturbateurs d'origines anthropiques sur la diversité microbienne (approches pasteuriennes et moléculaires) et sur les processus fonctionnels associés.
