Ecotoxicologie aquatique - Défense anti-pollution (défense multixénobiotique MXR et Glutathion-S-Transférases) - Invertébrés aquatiques : Bivalves (Dreissena polymorpha) et Gammaridés
Compréhension des modalités de réponse des défenses anti-pollution (induction, dé-induction, variations naturelles saisonnières in situ). - Etude des facteurs biotiques, abiotiques et de contamination comme modulateurs des défenses. - Etude de l'implication des défenses dans la tolérance des organismes à la contamination de leur milieu et dans l'acquisition d'une réelle résistance dans certains cas. - Analyse et interprétation des réponses biologiques évaluées chez les organismes afin de prédire les effets à plus long terme sur le niveau d'intégration biologique supérieur (populations).
